As October is here and the nights are drawing in, now is the perfect time to light your stove and gaze at the dancing flames…how romantic! However, if you need to guard it from little ones or pets then one of our sturdy Traditional or Contemporary Fireguard is the answer. Don’t use folding guards as they won’t form a protective barrier – they’ll simply fold towards the hot stove.
A handmade Garden Requisites Fireguard is the perfect answer, as we can also make to measure should your stove sit proud of your wall and would therefore need to be much deeper to extend back to the wall for fixing securely. We can also design and make the guard to sit on the floor around the hearth or sit within the fireplace – all we need to see is a photograph of your stove and fireplace and some key dimensions.
We make to order, so all Fireguards are made specially for you by us in Bath, not imported from far, far away and transported in seagoing containers. This will mean a wait of approximately 3-5 weeks so don’t delay if you’d like a pre-Christmas delivery.
