How can I pay for my order?

We accept cheques, debit cards, Visa and Mastercard credit cards or bank transfer – please contact us for our bank details. All orders and payments received are confirmed in writing.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on our website and in our brochure include VAT at the current rate.

Is there a delivery charge?

You’re welcome to collect from us here in Bath, Somerset or we can arrange delivery anywhere in the UK or overseas. Delivery is charged at cost.

Is my order in stock?

We are a manufacturer, not a high street retailer, so we make most products especially for you. As you can see on our website and in our brochure, the range of sizes, designs and finishes on offer is vast, so holding stock of every item is not viable.

Do you have stockists throughout the country?

You’re buying directly from the designer and manufacturer; we don’t sell through a network of retailers. We do however work with many designers and architects who are familiar with our products.

How long will I wait for my order?

Depending on the type of product ordered, it may take between 2 and 8 weeks from date of order, but typically around 6 weeks for standard products.

Do you make to measure?

Yes, just get in touch with your requirements. We can change the dimensions and design details of any product, but we can also design new bespoke products if you wish.

What are your products made from?

All of our products are made by us in Bath, Somerset from solid steel. This is then hot dip zinc galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461 for a long lasting finish.

What is Aged galvanized finish?

We weather and oxidize the new, bright, zinc surface to achieve a mellow, dark grey finish which looks similar to lead. This finish will continue to oxidise in a similar fashion to lead, with each piece having a unique patina.

Will my door canopy rust?

Steel (or iron) will rust when exposed to moisture. However, hot dip zinc galvanizing will greatly increase the life of any steel product and is the best form of rust-proofing. In twenty years of trading, we’ve not received a single complaint about rusting through natural weathering.
