Intellectual property relating to our product designs:

• Garden Requisites has a continual programme to develop new and exciting product ranges and to update our existing designs, all of which are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1998.
• We invest considerable time and money in this programme and as a result we value our intellectual property and take all necessary steps to protect it, including making full use of both registered and unregistered rights.
• In addition to copyright, we use design registration to protect our door canopy, porch, trellis and fireguard designs and have successfully enforced our design rights on several occasions. Read more…
