Garden Requisites Ltd maintains an active, ongoing product development programme to create original architectural metalwork and refine our heritage designs. All products, custom drawings, specifications, and photography produced by Garden Requisites Ltd are strictly protected under UK and international intellectual property law, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

We invest substantial creative and financial resources into our original collections. To safeguard this investment, we actively enforce our intellectual property through a comprehensive portfolio of Registered Designs, UK Design Rights, Unregistered Community Design Rights, and Copyright.

Our registered designs – spanning our architectural door canopies, solid steel porches, woven wirework trellis, and fireguards – are formally recorded with the relevant IP registries. We take a firm, zero-tolerance approach to unauthorized copying, imitation, or commercial exploitation of our proprietary designs and technical specifications, and we routinely instruct legal counsel to enforce our rights when infringements occur and have successfully enforced our design rights on several occasions.
